Hope Community Clinic of East Charlotte is an integrated care clinic serving the uninsured and the underinsured. The integrated care approach is a collaborative one among our clinicians and other health care partners, which focuses on the whole person, blending primary care, behavioral and mental health, and specialty care, making it easier for our patients to receive all the services they need to achieve good health. Hope Community Clinic’s vision is to restore hope and wholeness to marginalized neighbors by delivering exceptional integrated care. We provide comprehensive medical care paired with trauma-informed mental health services with a focus on the immigrant and refugee community.
