I am a mom of 4 girls and I believed that with my background, as an educational psychologist and clinical counselor, I would be armed and ready for the teen years with my girls. Instead, I found that, even with this knowledge, there have been surprises around every corner. With each hurdle, I use the tools and knowledge from my education and professional experience to problem-solve… while still trying to keep my own sanity and sense of self! IT ISN’T EASY!!! I decided to share my knowledge and experiences with other moms that are entering this crazy, yet amazing, experience of raising a teen girl!
