Help Connect Young People and Families to the Resources They Need
Mind the Gap is proud to be part of All Things Adolescents (ATA), a collaborative network of leaders across the Carolinas dedicated to improving outcomes for young people and their families navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
ATA is rooted in a simple idea: real stories can open doors to connection, understanding, hope, and resources.
The organizations currently represented through ATA include:
- The Insight Program
- Full Circle
- Queen City Counseling
- HopeWay
- Newport Healthcare
- Emerald School of Excellence
We Need Community Resource Partners
As part of our upcoming All Things Adolescents: Recovery, Hope, & Experience event, we are inviting organizations and community providers to join us as resource partners.
The event will feature a panel of young adults and parents sharing their experiences navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Following and surrounding those conversations, we want families to have an opportunity to learn about organizations, services, and resources that may be helpful to them.
We are looking for organizations that can host a resource table and help families understand what support is available in our community.
This is an opportunity to:
- Connect directly with parents, guardians, educators, and community members
- Share information about your programs and services
- Help families discover resources they may not know exist
- Be part of a community conversation centered on real experiences
- Help reduce stigma and make it easier for families to know where to turn

At Mind the Gap, we believe community is medicine and connection matters. We’re grateful to be part of a community of organizations working together to make mental health support easier to find and navigate. By connecting young people and families with trusted resources, information, and people who care, we can help make sure no one has to figure it all out alone.
Together, we can make sure families don’t just hear stories of hope, they leave knowing where they can turn for support.
