Roots & Relationships Internship

We offer hands-on internships for individuals interested in supporting mental health initiatives across the greater Charlotte–Mecklenburg area. Interns play an active role in day-to-day operations, communications, research, and program support, while helping keep our website, database, and resources accurate and up to date.

At Mind the Gap, interns learn alongside a care-centered team ready to engage with the intern and support their community involvement and social justice-driven impact on the mental health community in Charlotte. Interns will explore four core areas of our work — Service Learning, Marketing & PR, Research & Data, and Nonprofit Administration — and choose a focus that aligns with their interests and goals.
