A 20+ years old preventative mental health program that has equipped students, educators and families with mental fitness tools that build greater emotional literacy and improve resilience to face challenges with optimism, strength, and compassion. We believe Global change begins at the individual level: Every person deserves a fair chance at a healthier and more balanced life.
