Blumenthal Arts offers a variety of student programs to engage and inspire students in arts & theater, plus internship & scholarship opportunities.
Charlotte Live Teens is our arts affinity club for middle school and high school students. This teen social group is free to join and open to students in 7th to 12th grades with arties, pre-show workshops and special student discounts for select performances. A limited number of full-time summer internships are available at Blumenthal Arts and are designed to offer arts management field experience according to each selected intern’s knowledge, skill, and interest levels. Blumenthal Arts’ Junior Ambassadors Program is dedicated to educating and inspiring young people about the importance of the performing arts, volunteerism, and personal development. The program includes ushering responsibilities in Blumenthal theaters and a series of monthly Saturday morning seminars, through which they will learn about the artistic and professional avenues of the arts. Also, the chance to gather in social settings will enhance their interpersonal skills, build self-confidence, and foster a network of peers and professionals throughout the year-long program.
